In a competitive environment, a product usually has its own product life cycle with different sales. However, because of uncertainty in the future, using the previously collected data to extrapolate the sales for next period of product life cycle usually derive an inaccurate solution. In order to cope with this problem, a forecasting model includes AHP method, trend analysis, fuzzy regression model are hybridized for extrapolating the sales in next stage of product life cycle from previously collected data. Finally, an example for extrapolating internet users in Taiwan is illustrated.
